Atletico Madrid defender Marc Pubill explained on Wednesday, after the 1-1 draw against Galatasaray in the Champions League, that his team had "tried until the end" and considered that it was now time to think about the next match against Bodo/Glimt, which will determine whether or not they qualify among the top eight in the table.

"The team came here for the three points, it wasn't to be, and now we have to think about the next game," he told 'Movistar' after the match.

The last chance was Galatasaray's. "We had a few minutes of inaccuracy. We wanted to go for the three points, perhaps our desire got the better of us a little and we had a couple of inaccuracies that made us a little indecisive for a few minutes," he said.
