Atletico Madrid full-back Nahuel Molina explained on Monday that the "dressing room is fine", following two consecutive away defeats against Barcelona and Athletic, and stressed that this "club demands you perform very well away from home," ahead of their Champions League clash against PSV in Eindhoven on Tuesday.

"A very tough opponent", the player warned. "They have been doing well in the Champions League. I expect a difficult match, obviously, but I think the team can do very well and we can get a good result," he said.

Atletico's form is a tale of two halves: 10 wins in 11 matches at home, compared to just 2 wins in 10 away games this season. "We feel comfortable and very good with our fans, but this club demands you perform very well away from home, so we always approach it in the same way, looking for the matches and the points, whether it's home or away," he warned.

"We are coming off two defeats that were important to us, but I think the dressing room is fine. We know we have to improve, stay together, as we always have, and think that this Tuesday we have another opportunity to represent this club and give our best," he declared in a press conference at the Philips Stadium in Eindhoven.

Molina has performed at a high level in his last few matches as a starter, filling in for the injured Marcos Llorente.

"This is game by game. I don't think about that. I think about wanting to continue improving and helping the team, whether I'm in the starting eleven or on the bench. So, I'm calm with what I've been doing, thinking about improving and always contributing the best for the team," he assured.
